There are a variety of rooms available (all on a first come, first-served basis). Our block and rate is available until April 20, 2023. Rates start at $289/night and depend on the room you select. The resort fee is waived and everyone may enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and use of the gym.
When planning your travel, remember that the Summit kicks off Monday, May 15th at 4PM with a wine reception, followed by the opening night party. Formal sessions are Tuesday and Wednesday and the Summit concludes with a reception on Wednesday afternoon (May 17th). We encourage everyone to stay through the reception to make the most out of the event!
To take advantage of extra meetings or to enjoy Napa, our block is available Sunday through Wednesday night (Thursday morning checkout). Please be mindful of your chosen dates and the hotel’s cancellation policy. Any room reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to check-in to qualify for a full refund. This includes single nights or your entire stay.

Invitations are only extended to Client-Side Brand Marketers as well as Entertainment & Non-Profit Members of The L.A. Office Corporate Membership Program and event sponsors.
No more than two attendees may participate from any company. To help provide maximum benefits to all of our attendees, quotas are set for each business category. Once quotas are met, additional registrations can not be accepted from marketers in that category. If you are qualified to attend, please register as soon as possible to ensure your attendance. If you need to make any changes to your registration or have any questions, contact us at events@laoffice.com. Cancellations must be received at least 45 days prior to the event in order to receive a credit to a future event for a $100 transfer fee. Please note that no credits are available for cancellations less than 45 days before the event. Transfers to another participant within your company are welcome up to two weeks prior to the event for a fee of $75. The L.A. Office will try to make all necessary adjustments, however, we may not be able to revise printed materials. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, The L.A. Office reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers at any time. If for any reason The L.A. Office must cancel this event, The L.A. Office accepts no responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including sponsors, speakers and guests.
If you are registered for this event and are no longer able to attend, there is no cost to transfer your registration to someone else in your company within one month prior to the event. Additionally, you may transfer your registration to a future event at no charge.
