Event Cancellation Policy

If you need to make any changes to your registration or have any questions, contact us at insights@laoffice.com. Cancellations must be received at least ONE MONTH prior to the event in order to receive a refund. The L.A. Office will issue a refund less a $100 processing fee per registration. Please note that no credit vouchers or refunds are available for cancellations less than one month before the event. Transfers to another participant within your company are welcome up to two weeks prior to the event for a fee of $75. The L.A. Office will try to make all necessary adjustments, however, we may not be able to revise some printed materials. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, The L.A. Office reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers at any time. If for any reason The L.A. Office must cancel the Industry Insights Summit, The L.A. Office accepts no responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including sponsors, speakers and guests.

Cancellation Policy for Corporate Members

If you are registered for the Forum or Summit and are no longer able to attend, there is no cost to transfer your registration to someone else in your company within the two week window prior to the event. Additionally, with two weeks’ notice, you may transfer your registration to a future event at no charge. Full cancellations must be received at least ONE MONTH prior to the event in order to receive a refund. The L.A. Office will issue a refund less a $100 processing fee per registration.

Starting January 5, discounted rooms are available $299/night, or you may upgrade to a guaranteed Tower room for $339/night. The hotel’s resort fee is also waived for our attendees to allow our guests to take advantage of complimentary wireless internet and use of the gym. Valet Parking is available at a rate of $25/night (there is no self-parking).

When booking your travel, please remember that The Summit will kick off Wednesday March 27th at 4PM with a wine reception, followed by the opening night party at 6PM. Sessions will begin Thursday morning and run through late-Friday afternoon, with a Saturday brunch from 9:30-11:30 to close out the event. We encourage everyone to stay through the brunch to make the absolute most out of the experience. Approximately 100 people attend this each year making it the ideal opportunity to connect with those you may not have had the chance to speak with earlier. Please be mindful of your chosen dates and the Surf & Sand’s cancellation policy, which states that any reservations must be canceled at least one week prior to check-in to qualify for a full refund. After that date, guests will forfeit the entire amount of the deposit.

If you call the hotel, please be sure to mention that you are attending The Industry Insights Summit to receive the discounted rate. Reservations will be accepted until March 11, 2019. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel reservations made under the event hotel block are for registered attendees only. Reservations for guests or non-attendees in the event hotel block will not be permitted.
