This year’s attendees will hear from a diverse group of brand marketing executives representing eight promotion-friendly industries and companies. In addition to hearing about these brands, you will hear about partnership marketing tactics and success stories that have helped them thrive in each of their individual industries. These success stories will range from brand partnerships with like-minded brands to movie promotions, gaming partnerships, music promotions and non-profit tie-ins. Each session is designed to introduce attendees to the trends, activities, promotional tactics and opportunities in both their industry and at each of their companies. While most sessions will be led by brands you want to partner with, every presenter will deliver key takeaways that you can apply to your own brand strategies.

The special room rate for our attendees is $299/night. Attendees may upgrade to a room in the hotel's tower for $339/night. The resort fee is waived for attendees allowing everyone to enjoy complimentary WiFi and use of the gym. Valet Parking is $25/night (there is no self-parking).

When booking your travel, remember that The Summit kicks off Monday October 25th at 4PM with a wine reception, followed by the opening night party at 6PM. Formal sessions are Tuesday and Wednesday and the Summit concludes with a reception on Wednesday afternoon. We encourage everyone to stay through the reception to make the most out of the event.

For the benefit of attendees that would like to travel in early, our special rate is available for a few days leading up to the Summit.

Our block is available through Wednesday night (Thursday morning checkout) if you have additional meetings or Thursday flights. Please be mindful of your chosen dates and the Surf & Sand’s cancellation policy, which states that reservations must be canceled at least one week prior to check-in to qualify for a full refund. After that date, guests will forfeit the entire amount of the deposit.

    Reservations will be accepted until September 30, 2021, however all rooms are available on a first come, first served basis... RESERVE EARLY.

    *Attendance is by invitation only and limited to 150 client-side brand and entertainment marketers. Marketing agencies, media sponsorships, sales representatives and consultants are NOT eligible to register. Registrations are confirmed by The L.A. Office to ensure that all invitees meet the proper requirements. If you received an email/invitation and meet the aforementioned qualifications, please use the registration form below to register.

    Regular Registration is limited to one attendee per company. Corporate Members may register two attendees. To ensure the event is properly representative, we must employ a strict quota for attendance between entertainment marketers, brand marketers, agency sponsors, and non-profit organizations. Unfortunately, once quotas are met for each category, we will not be able to accept registrations. If you are qualified to attend, please register as soon as possible to ensure your attendance.     Event Cancellation Policy

    If you need to make any changes to your registration or have any questions, contact us at events@laoffice.com. Cancellations must be received at least ONE MONTH prior to the event in order to receive a refund. The L.A. Office will issue a refund less a $100 processing fee per registration. Please note that no credit vouchers or refunds are available for cancellations less than one month before the event. Transfers to another participant within your company are welcome up to two weeks prior to the event for a fee of $75. The L.A. Office will try to make all necessary adjustments, however, we may not be able to revise printed materials. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, The L.A. Office reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers at any time. If for any reason The L.A. Office must cancel this event, The L.A. Office accepts no responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including sponsors, speakers and guests.

    Cancellation Policy for Corporate Members

    If you are registered for this event and are no longer able to attend, there is no cost to transfer your registration to someone else in your company within the two week window prior to the event. Additionally, with one month's’ notice, you may transfer your registration to a future event at no charge. Full cancellations can only be honored ONE MONTH prior to the event in order to receive a refund. The L.A. Office will issue a refund less a $100 processing fee per registration.
