Session Sponsor (2):

This is the perfect opportunity for agencies that have clients who are presenting at our events. As a session sponsor, you will have 1-minute to introduce your company to the event attendees before you introduce the speaker.

Lanyard Sponsor:

Your logo will be printed on the conference lanyards. Our team will manage the printing and make sure that everyone receives on at check-in (some restrictions apply).

Wi-Fi Sponsor:

Your logo will appear on each table in the conference room letting attendees know how to log-in to the event Wi-Fi in the conference room. If possible, we can include a password of your choice that will be used by each attendee each time they log-in.

Gift Box Shipping Sponsor:

This is one of the most appreciated sponsorships of the event! The L.A. Office will handle fulfillment and your company would be credited with delivering the event's gift boxes to each attendee's office.

Welcome/Tote Bag Sponsor:

As the sponsor of this gifting opportunity, you may include your logo (up to 4sq. Inches) on the bag as well as a 4x5 card in the bag along with a sponsored item.

Charging Station Sponsor:

Everyone needs a little charging time for their mobile phone and tablets and this sponsor has the ability to include up to 2- 5”x10” logos on the station which is on display in the main lobby of the event throughout the duration of the conference.

Full Color, Full Page Sourcebook Ad!

All of our Corporate Members are encouraged to include a full-color ad in the event's Sourcebook. To make sure your ad is included, please follow these notes: Size: 7.75” x 9.5” and we place it in a standard border Format: Full-Color Ads should be delivered as JPG/PNG or PDF (sorry, no camera-ready art will be accepted).

If your organization is also an event sponsor, you will receive a second ad. All sponsors receive a Color ad in the Sourcebook as well. Please reach out to your L.A. Office contact for questions.

We're thrilled to announce that the 2024 Forum will be taking place at The Aertson Hotel in Nashville. This Kimpton property is ranked #2 in Top 10 Hotels in Nashville: Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards. We have a special rate of $299 for Forum Attendees. When planning your trip, remember that the Forum kicks off Wednesday, October 16th at 4PM with a wine reception, followed by the opening night party. Formal sessions are Thursday and Friday and a reception/special activity on Friday afternoon (October 18th). We also have a farewell brunch planned for Saturday morning for those attendees that plan extra meetings on Friday. We encourage everyone to stay through Friday's special activity to make the most out of the event!

To take advantage of extra meeting time, or to enjoy Nashville, our block is available Wednesday through Friday night (Saturday morning checkout). Please be mindful of your chosen dates and the hotel’s cancellation policy. Any room reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to check-in to qualify for a full refund. This includes single nights or your entire stay. You can also call the hotel at (877) 239-2269.

Be a part of the Forum Gift Box

Timing: Friday, October 4th

Including an item in the Gift Box provides a lasting memory from you and your company. Boxes are shipped after the event and there is no cost to participate.

Some size limitations apply, so please advise us about your item as soon as possible. 175 items are needed at our fulfillment house by October 4th and while we prefer all items to be identical, it's not mandatory. Use this form to share your item with all of the attendees.
