When planning your trip, remember that the Forum kicks off Wednesday, November 8th at 4PM with a wine reception, followed by the opening night party. Formal sessions are Thursday and Friday and a reception/special activity on Friday afternoon (November 10th). We also have a farewell brunch planned for Saturday morning for those attendees that plan extra meetings on Friday. We encourage everyone to stay through the reception to make the most out of the event!
To take advantage of extra meeting time, or to enjoy Atlanta, our block is available Wednesday through Friday night (Saturday morning checkout). Please be mindful of your chosen dates and the hotel’s cancellation policy. Any room reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to check-in to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations must be received at least 45 days prior to the event in order to receive a credit to a future event for a $100 transfer fee. Please note that no credits are available for cancellations less than 45 days before the event. Transfers within your company are welcome up to two weeks prior to the event for a fee of $100. The L.A. Office will make all necessary adjustments, however, we may not be able to revise printed materials. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, The L.A.
