When planning your trip, remember that the Forum kicks off Wednesday, November 8th at 4PM with a wine reception, followed by the opening night party. Formal sessions are Thursday and Friday and a reception/special activity on Friday afternoon (November 10th). We also have a farewell brunch planned for Saturday morning for those attendees that plan extra meetings on Friday. We encourage everyone to stay through the reception to make the most out of the event!

To take advantage of extra meeting time, or to enjoy Atlanta, our block is available Wednesday through Friday night (Saturday morning checkout). Please be mindful of your chosen dates and the hotel’s cancellation policy. Any room reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to check-in to qualify for a full refund. This includes single nights or your entire stay. You can also call the hotel at (404) 582-5800.

Reservations will be accepted until October 13, 2023, however all rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. RESERVE EARLY!

Invitations are only extended to Client-Side Brand, Entertainment & Non-Profit Marketers. No more than two attendees may participate from any company. To help provide maximum benefits to all of our attendees, quotas are set for each business category. Once quotas are met, additional registrations cannot be accepted from marketers in that category. If you are qualified to attend, please register as soon as possible to ensure your attendance. Additional registrations may be available after October 5th, 2023. Regular Registration

Event Cancellation Policy

If you need to make any changes to your registration or have any questions, contact us at Cancellations must be received at least 45 days prior to the event in order to receive a credit to a future event for a $100 transfer fee. Please note that no credits are available for cancellations less than 45 days before the event. Transfers within your company are welcome up to two weeks prior to the event for a fee of $100. The L.A. Office will make all necessary adjustments, however, we may not be able to revise printed materials. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, The L.A. Office reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers at any time. If for any reason The L.A. Office must cancel this event, The L.A. Office accepts no responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including sponsors, speakers and guests.

Cancellation Policy for Corporate Members

If you are registered for this event and are no longer able to attend, there is no cost to transfer your registration to someone else in your company within the two week window prior to the event. Additionally, with one month notice, you may transfer your registration to a future event at no charge. Full cancellations must be received at least 45 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. The L.A. Office will issue a refund less a $100 processing fee per registration.
