Thank you for registering for the 2023 Brand Partnership Forum. We are so excited about moving the Forum to Atlanta and look forward to seeing you in November!

To make the make the most out of your Forum experience, the following planning guide and checklist calls out everything you need!

While it's still early, check out who you will meet in the Attendee Group on MarketingPartnerships.com. As you know, the Forum will be taking place from November 8-10, 2023 at the W Atlanta Downtown in Atlanta, GA. Information about the hotel is below, but you can also check it out at here.

Block Cut-off: October 13

The hotel has various room types available and certain room types are limited. The block is available Wednesday-Saturday, 11/8-11, but based on availability. The hotel may extend the rate beyond these dates, simply call the hotel at the number listed below.

Timing: October 27

Including an item in the Forum Gift Box provides a lasting memory from you and your company. There is no additional cost and Gift Boxes are shipped to all attendees after the event. From tumblers to gift cards to office toys and everything in between—get creative and think fun and memorable!

Size limitations apply so please advise us about your item as soon as possible. Please allow time for delivery as items are needed at our fulfillment house by October 27th. 170 items are needed and while we prefer that all items are identical, it is not mandatory. Please complete this form so our fulfillment partner is ready to accommodate your item.

Update/Approve your headshot, mini-bio and contact information

To reserve a discounted room in our hotel block at the W Atlanta, please follow this link. If you would like to reserve a suite, email us for information.

When planning your trip, remember that the Forum kicks off Wednesday, November 8th at 4PM with a wine reception, followed by the opening night party. Formal sessions are Thursday and Friday and a reception/special activity on Friday afternoon (November 10th). We also have a farewell brunch planned for Saturday morning for those attendees that plan extra meetings on Friday. We encourage everyone to stay through the reception to make the most out of the event!

To take advantage of extra meeting time, or to enjoy Atlanta, our block is available Wednesday through Friday night (Saturday morning checkout). Please be mindful of your chosen dates and the hotel’s cancellation policy. Any room reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to check-in to qualify for a full refund. This includes single nights or your entire stay.

Reservations will be accepted until October 13, 2023, however all rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. RESERVE EARLY!

 

PLEASE NOTE: This hotel block is for registered attendees only, and attendees may only reserve one room within the event block. Reservations for guests or non-attendees in the event hotel block will not be permitted.
