Thank you for registering for the 2024 Marketing Partnerships Forum. We are so excited to be going back to Nashville for this year's conference!

To make the most out of your Forum experience, the following planning guide and checklist calls out everything you need!

While it's still early, check out who you will meet in the Attendee Group on As you know, the Forum will be taking place from October 16-18, 2024 at Kimpton's Aertson Hotel in Nashville. Information about the hotel is below, but you can also check it out here.

Submit Your Information for the Event Sourcebook

Timing: Friday, September 13

Sign in to, head to your profile or the 2024 Marketing Partnerships Forum Event Page, and click the "Review My Event Status" button on the Event Page and you have the opportunity to update or approve the information that will be printed in the Sourcebook. Please reach out to us if you are having trouble logging in. Click on the above to the left to see what a typical Sourcebook page looks like.

If you want to share a brief description as to what you do and determine if you want your email address available to other attendees.

Any information provided AFTER September 13th will not be updated in the Source Book.

Full Color, Full Page Sourcebook Ad!

All of our Corporate Members are encouraged to include a full-color ad in the event's Sourcebook. To make sure your ad is included, please follow these notes: Size: 7.75” x 9.5” and we place it in a standard border Format: Full-Color Ads should be delivered as JPG/PNG or PDF (sorry, no camera-ready art will be accepted).

If your organization is also an event sponsor, you will receive a second ad. All sponsors receive a Color ad in the Sourcebook as well. Please reach out to your L.A. Office contact for questions.

We're thrilled to announce that the 2024 Forum will be taking place at The Aertson Hotel in Nashville. This Kimpton property is ranked #2 in Top 10 Hotels in Nashville: Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards. We have a special rate of $299 for Forum Attendees. When planning your trip, remember that the Forum kicks off Wednesday, October 16th at 4PM with a wine reception, followed by the opening night party. Formal sessions are Thursday and Friday and a reception/special activity on Friday afternoon (October 18th). We also have a farewell brunch planned for Saturday morning for those attendees that plan extra meetings on Friday. We encourage everyone to stay through Friday's special activity to make the most out of the event!

To take advantage of extra meeting time, or to enjoy Nashville, our block is available Wednesday through Friday night (Saturday morning checkout). Please be mindful of your chosen dates and the hotel’s cancellation policy. Any room reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to check-in to qualify for a full refund. This includes single nights or your entire stay. You can also call the hotel at (877) 239-2269.

ROOMS ARE LIMITED and while reservations will be accepted until September 23, 2024, all rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. RESERVE EARLY!


Be a part of the Forum Gift Box

Timing: Friday, October 4th

Including an item in the Gift Box provides a lasting memory from you and your company. Boxes are shipped after the event and there is no cost to participate.

Some size limitations apply, so please advise us about your item as soon as possible. 175 items are needed at our fulfillment house by October 4th, and while we prefer all items to be identical, it's not mandatory. Use this form to share your item with your fellow attendees.
