Marketing agencies, media sponsorships, sales representatives and consultants are NOT eligible to register. Registrations are confirmed by The L.A. Regular Registration is limited to one attendee per company. Corporate Members may register up to two attendees. To ensure the event is properly representative, we must employ a strict quota for attendance between entertainment marketers, brand marketers, agency sponsors, and non-profit organizations. Unfortunately, once quotas are met for each category, we will not be able to accept registrations—in this case, we will issue a prompt refund and will place you on a waiting list. Cancellations must be received at least ONE MONTH prior to the event in order to receive a refund. The L.A. Office will issue a refund less a $100 processing fee per registration. Please note that no refunds are available for cancellations less than one month before the event. Transfers to another participant within your company are welcome up to two weeks prior to the event for a fee of $75. The L.A. Office will try to make all necessary adjustments, however, we may not be able to revise some printed materials. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, The L.A. Office reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers at any time. If for any reason The L.A. Office must cancel the event, The L.A. Office accepts no responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including sponsors, speakers and guests.
