The RoadShow Webinar Series features a different entertainment company presentation each week.

• Through a 20-40 minute webinar, entertainment companies have the exclusive ability to introduce their projects to the community of marketers in The Lounge
• Presentations can be created in PowerPoint and utilize .swf and .mov files
• Presentations will be saved in the RoadShow On-Demand video channel in The Lounge until the content is deemed out-of-date by the presenter
• Rehearsals and presentations are done from your computer... anywhere... without any special software!
• Attendees have the ability to send an official "Meeting Request" from The Lounge to tell you about their brands and potential interest in your properties

Scheduling

• Webinars will take place each Wednesday at 11:00am Pacific Time
• Presentation dates are available on a first come, first served basis and only open to Platinum Members
• Special Presentations (non-Wednesday, last minute sessions) are available for companies that need to schedule a webinar with less than a one month notice (there is a fee for these presentations)

There are over 1,400 marketers in The Lounge and the membership continues to grow!

Marketing Material:

In order to effectively market your session to the brand marketing community, we need the following marketing elements:

• Company Logo and corporate profile
• Presenter headshot, title and biography
• Properties that you will most likely discuss

Rehearsal:

In order to ensure your webinar will run as smoothly as possible, we will schedule a run through "rehearsal" 3 -5 days prior to the webinar with the webinar technical team. All of your presentation materials are needed at least 72 hours prior to the rehearsal.
