RE-IMAGINING ROADSHOW FOR 2009!

Over the past 12 years, RoadShow has solidified its reputation as the “must-attend” event for brands, entertainment marketers and agencies alike. At a time when everyone needs to be delivering greater ROI, reducing travel and spending fewer hours out of the office, we have been retooling the event to make it work on more levels for more people while still delivering all of the key elements that make RoadShow second to none!

So, this year’s RoadShow means business and we’re really excited to be announcing our “re-imagined” RoadShow!

Mixing our traditional RoadShow event with emerging technologies, the brand new Road to RoadShow Webinar Series will allow attendees to experience RoadShow Live or “On Demand” through a series of webinars and the traditional RoadShow event will take place from September 15-17, 2009. The combination of the two events will put marketers in control of their time while providing a more efficient and cost effective resource for identifying marketing partnerships for their brand.

The Lounge at laoffice.com is now the online home for RoadShow

RoadShow has a new home in The Lounge at laoffice.com. As RoadShow becomes more interactive, The Lounge will host all of the Road To RoadShow Webinars as well as all of the accompanying RoadShow Sourcebook materials. Gold Members will be able to access all of these webinars throughout the fall as well as the ability to access virtual sell-sheets for each property with the click of a mouse. The best part of having access to the online source materials is that changes will be made on a frequent basis so users will always be able to access the most current information!

Sparked by the economic environment, new technology and the evolution of our business, RoadShow branded webinars are the logical next step for introducing entertainment properties to brand marketers throughout the country… and for that fact, the world. No matter where you are, you can take advantage of the Road to RoadShow Webinar Series. The Series eliminates travel requirements, provides an “on-demand” element to the session and is environmentally friendly! Since each webinar broadcast will be recorded and archived, marketers will be able to view each of the property presentation as scheduled and/or at their convenience… 24/7!

Additionally, all of the Road to RoadShow presenters will be at RoadShow Live to provide the face-to-face interaction that our business requires!

ROADSHOW LIVE (September 15 & 16, 2009)

After 12 years, RoadShow is still the best event to introduce the marketing community to new Film and Home Entertainment properties, hear key indutsry insights, identify trends and network with the entertainment marketing community.

Kicking off with industry insights from celebrity keynotes and a special opening night reception, RoadShow Live will kick off on Tuesday, September 15th. The kick-off will reinforce how (and why) entertainment can bring more power to your next marketing campaign.
Traditional RoadShow presentations will take place on Wednesday, September 16th and highlight Marketing Opportunities in Film and Home Entertainment from the biggest studios in town. The Lunch will bring together all of the RoadShow Webinar and RoadShow Live presenters for a 2-hour, high power meet-and-greet! Additional presentations will take place after lunch followed by the infamous RoadShow Wrap Party.

RoadShow Live and the Road to RoadShow Webinars introduce a brand new concept and a whole new way for companies to take advantage of marketing opportunities from the entertainment industry. The combination of these two programs will allow participants to select the elements that are the most important. Our goal is to provide a better experience while requiring less time out of the office and providing a significant cost savings.
