This year, a streamlined event means fewer sponsorships opportunities will be available. We are identifying companies (and partnerships) that will provide an organic fit with the event and our attendees… partners with the ability to showcase their strengths through their involvement in the event. Working closely with our RoadShow partners, we will develop a coordinated effort throughout the marketing of the event and at RoadShow itself. Simply put… this year’s partners stand out:

Our Platinum Sponsorship is the ideal opportunity for companies that
want maximum exposure in our marketing materials and a strong presence
on one full day of the event. It provides the sponsor with a 5 minute
presentation opportunity to showcase their work and become part of the
event's program. The L.A. Office will work with each Platinum Sponsor
to provide guidance into the presentation format, as the opportunity
should be a case study of a past or present promotional program that
demonstrates and illustrates the sponsor's products and services vs.
a straight sales pitch. We will work with each sponsor to develop a
customized program that addresses their goals at the event and in the
event's marketing campaign.

Our Gold Sponsorship is the ideal opportunity for partners seeking a strong presence at RoadShow to introduce their products and/or services to the event audience. SPECIAL EVENT SPONSORS:
Lunches, Dinners, Receptions and other special events offer participants
the chance to interact and start building relationships. As the sponsor
of one of these activities, you are providing the opportunity to personalize
the event via branding and signage as well as distribute premiums and
literature. A pre-planning meeting will help us create ways to integrate
your marketing objectives into the event and our production team is
available to work with you to enhance your exposure. An additional fee
may be required by the event planner depending on your needs.

The Wireless Lounge offers attendees the opportunity to check email, touch
base with work, and connect with those left at home!

2009 Break Sponsors Include: ZuMobi
Session breaks offer attendees the opportunity to relax and network
between the entertainment property presentations at RoadShow. As a break
sponsor, you have the opportunity to personalize
the event with branding/signage as well as distribute premiums and
literature. A pre-planning conference call will help us create ways to integrate
your marketing objectives into the event. Our production team is available
to work with you to enhance your exposure and maximize your presence
on-site during the break. An additional fee may be required by the event
planner depending on your needs.

PRODUCT AND SERVICES SPONSOR:
Each Supporting sponsorship provides exposure for their company's products
and/or services in a tangible and hands-on way with the event attendees.
